How do Clients Get Handyman Proposals for a Task or Project?
Login to your dashboard and Post a task. Approved task will be listed on the job list where handymen can view and submit proposals.
How do Clients Hire & Assign Task to handymen?
Client search for the handyman of choice at any location, view profile of selected handyman, click on "Assign me a task" on the handyman profile page. Contact the handyman, negotiate payment and deposit fund on the platform.
Must Handyman Task Payment be made on myhandwork.ng platform?
Yes, to ensure optimum service delivery from handymen. Payment will be made to handyman when task is marked completed by handyman and approved by the Client.
When do handymen receive approved payments and any service charge?
Clients approved payments are sent to handymen 48hours after approval. Approved payments will attract 10% service charge of total amount for assigned task. However payments to handymen can be withheld if there are any further complaints from clients within the 48hours until all pending issues are resolved.
